“Our rooms were clean and everything worked. We had a family "suite", it was a really good size and very well organized. Staff was indifferent. We didn't need customer service at any point so cant say if they were helpful or not (they never gretted or looked up when you passed, like i said indifferent) which is why i gave it 5 star. “I stayed here for a solo trip and it was amazing. From the Front desk agent, concierge, housekeeping, restaurant service, and spa was 10/10. I enjoyed the arts in the garden and at the reception area. It definitely worth the price. I would recommend this hotel for those considering to go. Ps. The hotel is located near the airport so I was scared to see how close the planes were to the building. :-) ”
