“First when I checked in, there still guests inside for the room gave to me Then I had to go back to asked another room. The lady at front desk was not happy and passed that room to another check in guest. Moment after, that guest met the same issue. Few hours after my check in, my credit card was charged again. “great amenities. Very comfortable, clean and friendly. Omly 2 small complaints: asked for wake-up call' never got it I was awake anyways so it did not matter but I did need to be on the road on time so if I wasn't awake, it would have been a big problem for making my meeting on time. No fruit except apples and oranges at breakfast - no bananas or chunk fruit”

“The lobby is outdated but the rooms are nice. The elevator is ancient but works, buttons don’t respond on 1st push. The room and bathroom are nice, clean and comfortable but the bathroom had some mold in the caulk. The woman whi checked me out was very friendly and professional. Overall good stay!”
