“This was an epic vacation that had been planned and attempted over the years since 2014. COVID messed ups the last try but finally 2025 we had success. We found this home and thought there was no way it could possibly hold all of us but we were wrong. 6 bedroom and 4 baths, pool onsite, We were close to family who live in Waikoloa and close to all the activities we may have thought about doing. “This condo was so relaxing and peaceful!! The view was incredible from the golf course, seeing the shoreline wake up and glitter in the sun, while sitting on the shaded balcony as the golfers rolled out each morning. We played lots of pickleball (located conveniently across the road from the condo-30 second walk) along with the private pool. We also enjoyed using the driving range and eating at Johnny’s restaurant that is part of the golf club shop, and had amazing food and live music. Also……

“The house was a good size for our family. Quite neighbors and windows open with birds chirping was nice. Nice patio, could use a bbq grill. Had some issues with the dishwasher but the management was responsive. Waimea is pe was plenty to do”

“I was in Waikoloa for work and this was the perfect location for me and my husband. The amenities were more than enough and the hosts were never seen or heard. I knew they were home but they weren’t hovering so it felt like home. I’d stay here again!! ”

“Overall a good experience. Smaller than it appears. Not enough seating for 4 adults. Not enough pillows/blankets. I reached out for a broom/dustpan which is essential for the sand but to no avail. The vacuum cleaner didn’t work and when I reached out about a broken ceiling fan I was told they were working on it. The ad stated air conditioning in the unit but it was a floor unit in one bedroom which meant you had to leave the door open at all times for the comfort of everyone else. Our unit was……

The front porch was our favorite spot for morning coffee and a good book. You’re a short distance away from downtown Hilo, hiking trails, waterfalls and a clear night sky.
