“Asked for late checkout, but I guess morning staff not informed. cleaning staff keep knocking on door twice, and got a phone call from front desk. Which I had to inform that we requested a 12:30 checkout.”

“Was only in the room for a couple of hours at night, so while it was beautifully appointed and clean, we really simply didn’t use the amenities. Breakfast was included, which was nice. It was really okay at best for that though. Boiled eggs were super rubbery and hard, scrambled eggs were pretty flavorless. It was nice to come down and not have to worry about figuring out food at 6:30 am though!”

“Service at this hotel goes above and beyond. I left something of value in the room and they called to let me know. I was about to board a flight and could not return to pick it up and they mailed it to the address on file, certified, to make sure I received it. That kind of customer service and goodness is hard to find these days.”

“Stayed at this property during my son's basketball tournament at the Big House. Hotel is very clean and the rooms were nice. The Free hot breakfast had lots of options, however, the food needs to come out quicker when gone, especially during big events in the area. There are a lot of restaurants in the area. Will definitely stay here again.”
