“Kurt was freaking spectacular and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and informed on the property. He also worked his butt off to fix the electrical issues we had in our space. Unfortunately, he can only do so much- since there’s no electric running to the yurts all the electric was done by cords- and since everyone was on the same grid and had all of their things plugged in at once, we had a lot of surge issues. “I cannot get to microwave to work.We couldn't find out if there was a working shower. There is a bathtub. The Koureg machine worked when it wanted to net.When it had to. I want to be really clear. “Agree with the other reviews that this is a hidden gem. Everything about our stay was great--communication with the host, house was exactly as described and location was great for our visits to Disney and Universal Studios. Everyone loved the pool and recommend arranging for the pool to be heated in advance. Would absolutely stay again when returning to Orlando.”
