“The front desk is pretty good and friendly! She spend a lot of time to let us know the history of the city and recommended which food is good or not. It is safe to walk around in the night. There is no people around the hotel and pretty close to the gas station, only spend 4 mins if you drive. ”

It was minutes by car to the downtown area and the grocery store is across the street. I highly recommend staying in this spacious and welcoming home. Check in was super easy, plenty of parking area for my group. Only downfall was the wifi but it was not the host fault its just terrible wifi service in that area. No big deal!! ”

“Perfect for a weekend getaway! Just 15 miles from historic downtown Jefferson where we spent the days. Then back to the cabin on Lake of the Pines to watch the sunset on the porch of the cabin. So quiet the only noise was the birds at the water and the squirrels chattering and playing. ”

“It was gorgeous and very calming endless outdoor adventure. My only setback was this was the first experience with solar power and it would have been helpful to have a welcome book with instructions on how to unplug the outside lights when not in use as well as a guideline on the power and how to prevent overuse and what to do when if it runs out. Outside of this I highly recommend this oasis to disconnect from technology a bit and really enjoy time with your family and embrace the gorgeous……
