“This was a wonderful family stay! The location is perfect right next to the river for fishing and canoeing and a quick drive or walk into town to explore. So many fun things to do and see that are super close by. The house was so comfortable and perfect for our family of 4. It was great to drink coffee and enjoy breakfast on the porch. We can’t wait to come back! ”

“We came down to fish the lakes in the area and booked a cabin here because of its proximity to the lakes. Check-in was easy and very accommodating, and the place was incredible.The fishing at the local lakes was a bust, but the hosts and stay at Greer farm made the trip. Highly recommended! ”

“We were beyond happy with the cleanliness of the property and the accuracy of the description. Everything was as described - they even had a crate, dog bed and bowls for our pup. We had ample supplies - plenty of towels, basics and even charcoal for the grill! We will be going back.”

“It was gorgeous and very calming endless outdoor adventure. My only setback was this was the first experience with solar power and it would have been helpful to have a welcome book with instructions on how to unplug the outside lights when not in use as well as a guideline on the power and how to prevent overuse and what to do when if it runs out. Outside of this I highly recommend this oasis to disconnect from technology a bit and really enjoy time with your family and embrace the gorgeous……

“This place was awesome. Very provate hidden gem. Caught loys of bass and rode alot of hidden trails that seem to go on forever. The pavilion is amazing. The master bedroom and bathroom woth the jacuzzi tub is so relaxing after a day of play. Janey is awesome, very polite and friendly. Woll definitely be back. Thank you Janey”

“Very nice well kept tiny house. We felt very comfortable and slept great. It had a great little deck overlooking a pond. Only a couple of minor issues - the house is pretty close to the highway so there was some road noise but a fan in the bedroom provided enough white noise to cover it. Also, be aware the cell service was limited. We have ATT and were not able to use cellular. The house does however provide wifi with internet so one can utilize that for texting and wifi calling. I would……

“Lovely well presented house very clean inside and lots of supplies, for the 10 days we were there!! Very convenient for Daingerfield State Park and Jefferson (Caddo lake) plus 5 D Steahouse in Avinger. Property is close to lake but all access is over grown for kayak use, also NO central AC - so bedrooms are hot if you close doors at night! We would not want to stay for a summer :) which I didn’t read when booking it!! Luckily, we had lots of rain and cloudy days, so most of the time the ceiling……
