“The bed was comfortable. The room was large. We were in.an accessible room so we had a large shower, unfortunately there was issues with the hand held shower head. It would not stay on the holder so it had to be held the entire time whichade showering difficult. ”

“Staff were very nice and helpful during our stay. They are very attentive to our needs and help us rearranged so that our rooms can be next to each other due to my parents medical emergency. I look forward to be back soon! Thank you very much for an amazing weekend! ”

“We had a great time, the kids loved the pool. It did however seem that they should keep a little better eye on the hot tub. Water level just kept getting lower, will cause problems down the road if not kept up. ”

“I loved how convenient it was, especially since we were attending an event at the Xcel Energy Center. Plenty of dining options within walking distance as well. I didn’t like that we’re wasn’t much parking for people needing to check in. I had to circle the block MANY times before a spot cleared up. Also, I wish they had a regular parking option. Maybe consider a partnership with a nearby public ramp? It’ll then be up to the guests to choose if they want the private hotel ramp with valet service,……
