“When we checked in that evening the lady and I’m assuming her daughter was so so nice!! ”

“While this hotel proved sufficient for an overnight stay, we were not comfortable there. Our booking was for a room that sleeps 6. That was not available when we arrived and were graciously given 2 rooms by the friendly staff. Rooms were not so much dirty as they were low standard: torn bedding, old worn carpet, poorly patched drywall, broken trim, gaps round the air conditioner, very old furniture. The worst though was the significant evidence of mice: lots of mice droppings, mouse holes in the……

“My husband and I had a beyond wonderful experience. We appreciate the kindness of the staff, we appreciate the willingness to allow our dog to stay with us. It is very hard to find pet friendly places to stay! Not only was our room clean but the surrounding area was well maintained. We felt very safe!!! We have already talked about how we would stay there again and tell others that if they visit the badlands, they have to stay at Hansen inn and cabins! ”

I had accidentally booked the wrong night, thankfully I caught it about two weeks before my stay. They were amazing and helped me change my date. I was able to speak directly to the host.
