“Nice front desk at 230am works for me”

“I liked everything about property and didn't like a host/clerk who could barely speak English, was very obnoxious, arrogant and just outright unpleasant tha whole week we stayed there. She claimed to be a manager on numerous encounters but we're told she was not. I will never forget that she kept referring to us as "GRINGOS" and when my wife confronted her. Her attitude was like too bad I say what I want and doesn't matter who you complain too. We did complain, more than once but she continued……

“Staff is very unhelpful, they are just there to make money not for customer service. Will never stay here again. We traveled with our young kids and they wanted to go swimming and we couldn’t as the pool was green and the management told us oh no it’s ok to use it. ”

“Staff was friendly and helpful, bed was hard and unforgiving on these hips though… used to my foam mattress at home”

“The housekeeping in this facility is fantastic. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We have stayed here a number of times and it has been great each time. ”

“It was very nice. The pool was seriously lacking though. It’s was more like an oversized cold spa. Only 3 feet deep. But very clean and the buffet was fantastic! There were 2 workers making sure the food area was always clean. Very welcoming and nice. ”

“I love staying here because of the jacuzzi tub and the price. The neighboring hotels around have the same price point but no jetted tub. Feel safe here and close to Walmart and food, Wendy's, McDonald's, Frys, Starbucks, cheveron and more. Great place to stay ”
