“We came to town for a horse show and had a number of our teammates at other local hotels. This was by far the best one. Everything was clean and new and comfortable.”

“It was wonderful. As a solo female traveler I felt safe. The motel is right off the highway but by itself which was not a problem. Quiet in terms of no guest noise or rowdiness. The highway made noise but that is expected. I slept very well - didn’t disturb me. Seems newly renovated. Short drive to the town restaurants, etc. and only 5 minutes to where I was working. Extremely nice man at the front desk. Seems family run and they take pride in their motel. I will stay again. :)”

Everything was handled professionally beginning with the text and email notification which answered all our questions in advance of our arrival. The location and amenities were everything we could have wanted and then some. Thank-you for putting so much care into designing and stocking your suites!”

“This is everything you want in a VRBO! Extremely clean, warm and welcoming hosts, easy check in, cozy king size bed and the view while luxuriating in the hot tub is unbeatable! The location is 10 minutes from the Old Rag trailhead and about 20 into Sperryville. There’s a country store within walking distance. WiFi available, two big flat screens with streaming services and a well stocked kitchen. As an added bonus a group of friendly cows from the neighboring farm came right up to the fence line……
