“Property was beautiful, clean, quiet and safe. Many activities for kids and the condo was stocked with beach gear - chairs, snorkels, towels, boogie boards. Tennis/pickleball courts were easy to access and not too busy. Community grills were easy to use and in a central location. There was no AC in the condo but the breeze from the patio doors kept us cool at night. There is a beach not too far from the community (magic sands) but the beautiful beach we loved (ʻAnaehoʻomalu Beach) was about 45……

“When we arrived we were informed that only two of our four full bathrooms had hot water. This was a Friday and no one was scheduled to look at it till Monday. The hot water was finally fixed very late (10:00 PM) on Tuesday night. So for 5 days out of eight, 9 people and 2 infants shared two bathrooms for showers/baths. “Great location on Ali’i Drive. The house was what you would expect for a beach rental. Very well stocked. Note- I didn’t recall reading the property was NOT air conditioned. There was a great breeze at night and fans provided, but if that’s important to you, it’s worth mentioning. The waves literally lull you to sleep each night. ”

“This is a very nice house. The kitchen is well appointed with nice appliances and accoutrements. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are spacious. The patio is an excellent place to watch the sunset. Unfortunately, the pool is super cold and the spa does not work. The golf course lawn mower will wake you up very early, but that was only one morning. The AC is good to have as the breeze does not run through the house very well, but it is set to not cool down past 74 degrees. So for those of……
