“View and access to walking path are great. Pool area is nice. Microwave only cooking option. Refrigerator very small and tiny freezer area frozen over. Had to go to front desk to obtain silverware and hair dryer. Room interior shows wear.”

“The stay was good and the room was good and clean and was well maintained. The only concern was the price paid almost $200 per night for a motel room (the room and bathroom size is small).”

“The cliffs at Princeville were amazing! They had a spot you could watch the sunset with the view of the ocean, it was absolutely stunning. In unit washer and dryer was super convenient. Unit was bigger than expected for the price. Front desk staff were friendly and super helpful.”

“Best area on Kuaui! Property was easy to access and central for anything you want to do. Near a lovely ocean trail and beaches. Host was very responsive and place was just what we needed.”

“Employees was really friendly and the concierge to we only booked for 2 nights but ended up staying a whole week they accommodated me and my family the room was really clean and up to par we had washer dryer so we didn’t need any housekeeping services ”

“We really enjoyed our stay, right on the bike path and so close to grocery store and restaurants. The waves of the ocean the Sunrise and the Condo was clean and well maintained too. We used to live on Kauai, so we knew exactly where we wanted to stay. This place was perfect for us as we could walk anywhere, we wanted to or drive if we wanted to. The Pool and Hot tub were nice too.”

“I liked the proximity to the marketplace, attractions, and the beach. I didn't love the roosters that wake you up at 6 am. But they are everywhere in Kauai so welcome to island living.”

“Our space was just the right size for the six of us. Having the two bathrooms, a washer/dryer, and all the separate rooms allowed us to relax, without feeling crowded. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch, watching the chickens and geckos. When we asked about a safety mat for the shower, the management was right on top of it.”

“Loved staying in Hā’ena! The house is so clean and stocked with everything needed for hanging at home or a day at the beach. Could walk to a few close beaches within minutes and loved bing a short and beautiful drive into Hanalei. We will certainly return!”

“I was so impressed with the spacious Pono Kai property and maintenance. Nice landscaping, elevator, heated pool and HOT tub. Employees were all so friendly and polite. Everything worked in my CLEAN room. Friendly guests and owners. Large parking lot, but buildings spaced out over acres, so very quiet. I wish I had found the Pono Kai to rent during my entire 3 weeks, Saving transition days and service fees. Directly on bike path and ocean. I biked or walked every day...food trucks and……

“If you want a totally relaxing beach experience then check out the Anini Reef Beach Cottage. It is as advertised, a few short steps from the beach, not a lot of other people around and conveniently close to Princeville and Hanalei.The Anini Reef Beach cottage is perfect for two people; fitting in more might be “tight”. The cottage is decorated in a cozy style with lots of fun “nick nacks” placed in various places (look around to find them!). Keeping the windows open allows for the “white noise”……

“As soon as I walked through the door I noticed that the place was spotless. I appreciate organizational skills so this was a pleasant discovery. Also, with two AC units and a washer and dryer, I felt like I was at home. Definitely recommend staying here! 10/10 amenities for the price and location. ”
