“We loved our stay at Kehena house! We were greeted by Stephen when we arrived and given a quick tour. They were hosting a Pride potluck that day and he kindly invited us to come eat and join in as guests of the house. Everyone we met was friendly and we felt safe to be ourselves. In the room, there was a list of unique weekly activities and opportunities near by, which made the experience feel even more welcoming. The property is *amazing*. “Chris was my host and he has a nice comfortable place. It was like hanging out with a friend. Everything was clean and the house rules were explained and easily understood. Very economical.”

“Our stay at the Fern Studio was excellent. The hosts, Elaine and Carter, were so incredibly kind and very communicative. Providing instructions early prior to our arrival and gave us lots of tips while we were there. Especially for the National Park next door.”

Other than that everything else was just awesome, the place was very clean and the location was in a good spot. We are from Hawaii and we came back to visit our family. “The Volcano Home has a rugged sense of utility in its architecture, without losing a hint of homeliness or convenience. “Our family had a great visit in Pahoa. The house had everything we needed, including an ocean view from the lanai. It's in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds. We arrived later than expected after going to Mauna Kea. Cee messaged us to let us know she turned the lights on and a direct number if we had any problems finding the house in the dark.
