“Overall, we were very happy with the condo in the Kapalua Bay Villas. The condo is a short walk (less than 5 minutes) from the coastal trail with easy access to several beaches. The beach closest to the property is a great place to watch the sunset, but maybe not the safest for swimming. There are several other beaches within a 10 minute walk that are much better for swimming and beach activities. The condo itself was great for two people and provided very nice views of the ocean. “Wife and I spend much time researching different properties and locations. For what we were looking for and hoping for, this property lived up to and hit every point on our list. Perfectly appointed and yes the view was perfect! Bedroom and bed very comfortable as to what we like in sleeping quality. On site host incredibly helpful and friendly. We used the Concierge Services at the Ritz and couldn't of been happier with the quality of service from their staff as well. We definitely would……

“We LOVED our stay here! The rental was clean and comfortable and the attention to detail was wonderful (fun folded towels/welcome gift basket/beach toys). The view from the back patio was amazing. The rental had everything we needed to relax and make meals and enjoy our vacation. Parking for the beach cost money, unless you can find the occasional open spot on the road but it was only about a 10 min walk to the beach so we just hauled the kids and gear down to the beach in the car and dropped……

“The location was suberb - right on Napili Bay beach!! The property managers ( iTripMaui ) were very difficult to deal with. The day we checked, in the bathroom sink light & wall outlet stopped working. We left 3 voice messages & sent 2 emails. We even went to the address on all their correspondence to talk to them in person. That location was only used for storage. 3 days later we finally received a call from iTripMaui saying they had not received our phone messages but saw our emails. ……
