We love love LOVED Paia - it is away from the more touristy areas of Maui, has great shops and restaurants, and it was so incredible to be directly on the beach while also being smack in the middle of town. The ground floor access was exactly what we wanted that overlooked the pool. Communication with Dan was and he was helpful leading up and post evacuation. Very clean, comfortable, quiet, well stocked pay-it-forward items, AC was super cold, beds were so comfy, lots of extra pillows, bedding and towels. My boys even got to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. “What a beautiful location. We've stayed at Kahana Reef previously and the top floor condo offered unsurpassed views (whales breaching, boats and a submarine). This area and complex is very quiet and the only sounds are the soothing waves rolling in. The unit was spotless and included everything one would need.
