“I booked this unit based on the photos, the ocean view, and the proximity to the pool and was looking forward to our trip. After traveling from Chicago for 16 hours and arriving at 7pm, we were given an entirely different unit than what I had booked. The blinds were covered in gnats, the bed linens had hairs on them, there was only one bar stool, and I counted 5 light bulbs that were burnt out. Since we had a late check in and security gave us our key, there was no one that I could talk to……

“I can’t say enough great things about this place! For a family of four we had plenty of space! The fam system worked out great for the cooler nights and the A/C was perfect for bringing the temp down in the condo! Kitchen has a coffee machine and a keurig, Lanai has the perfect view for watching the boats go out for the Manta Ray snorkel! Lots of birds and privacy from the other condos around. “4 families met on the island for a destination wedding. We were all able to be close to each other but still have our own privacy. The common areas were well utilized with barbecuing and family game night as well as cousins having a blast in the pool. The maintenance crew does an amazing job keeping the landscaping looking great! Our families have been coming here for years and will continue to do so in the future.”

“When we arrived we were informed that only two of our four full bathrooms had hot water. This was a Friday and no one was scheduled to look at it till Monday. The hot water was finally fixed very late (10:00 PM) on Tuesday night. So for 5 days out of eight, 9 people and 2 infants shared two bathrooms for showers/baths.
