“The condominium complex is very nice. The view from the patio, relaxing in the chairs was our favorite part. The condo was pretty clean, but the bathroom has seen better days. My biggest issue with the place was the bed, it was very uncomfortable and the futon couch in the living room wasn’t comfortable and had some issues. If they updated the bed and the couch, it would be a much better place to stay.”

“Beautiful house, with a great layout and location next to Kings beach. Excellent place for groups if friends or family, with a nice game/hangout room and two nice balconies to relax. We had a great stay and would definitely like to come back again! ”

“We have stayed here many times over the last few years. This is the first time with the new hosts. Kieth and Kourtney have been very welcoming and professional in all communications with us. They have made many updates to the home mostly with new appliances in the kitchen. The aging plumbing has also been upgraded. It is a great house for a larger group - there were five adults in our group. It would comfortably accommodate six adults or 4 adults and 4 children. The house is situated in lovely……

“The house itself was beautiful inside, except downstairs was very dusty. Didn’t look like the main service dusted at all for several weeks. It said a four car parking, but the garage door did not work so I had to leave my car on the driveway. The neighbor across the street is questionable, but it looked like the city was on top of that as we saw a couple different city vehicles going around the place.The downside of this property is the property manager. Vacasa, the friendly really does nothing.……

The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to explore, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax after a day of adventure. We’d definitely stay here again!”
