“I was a lil worried traveling with 2 kids, and staying at Biggs Junction, but I do think it was one of the nicer and safer hotels we could have stayed at. “We were there to celebrate my oldest child's graduation. It was a nice trip and not far from the Mary Hill Stonehenge and museum. I loved the view from our room! It was so nice to be able to sit on the deck and watch the river and look at the dam! So many types of birds to watch as well! The staff were amazing and friendly! Unfortunately, there is no elevator and my husband has a bad knee, but he managed to hobble his way up the stairs. That was our fault for not requesting a bottom floor……

“We loved the isolation and to be able to disconnect from our busy lives. It was very quiet and peaceful. You don’t notice your neighbors and everyone is very respectful of each other. The views of Mt. Adams were awesome. We explored the area and did some hikes. We cooked breakfast and dinner over the fire every day and enjoyed s’mores every night. There are not a lot of dining options in the area but if you are there for isolation, peace and quiet, and time in nature then it is a great……
