“Our stay for a family of 4 at TownePlace Suites was enjoyable, and the location is extremely convenient. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. However, we did feel that the housekeeping could be improved, as the room had a slightly stuffy atmosphere upon arrival. Overall good hotel!”

“I loved my stay at the William. The bed was comfortable, room clean and well decorated. The only reason I did not give the staff 5 stars is that I didn’t really interact with anyone. I did receive a timely text giving me instructions for the room. Everything was easy to follow. My only suggestions would be a couple of more hangers and larger wastebaskets since you don’t have maid service. I would definitely stay at your lovely hotel again.”

House is so stinking cute and cozy. Had everything we needed. Didn’t mind hand washing dishes. Would stay here again if we come back to Boerne. ”
