“Clean and new property. Rooms are well insulated from noise around the hotel. ”

“The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the check in was very good and the staff were very friendly. There are 2 reasons I did not give 5 stars. The water pressure was not good and there was a “party” in the parking lot right outside of our room that kept me up later than I would have liked. ”

“This hotel was super clean, very comfortable and quiet. We stayed on a Saturday night and were impressed with the efficient check in and check out and the spacious room. I’m not sure about the area the hotel is in, it was convenient for us to our event at Trackhouse Motorplex and affordable. We are in Mooresville pretty frequently and this was one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed in. The shower was a bit of a challenge to get the temp right, and there is no elevator, but other than that I……

“Environment quiet, air conditioner too noise”

“The front desk lied to my face saying there was no more rooms and then continued to lie to Expedia customer service saying I wanted to cancel the reservation! Which I was not! I even ask her if she had any other type of rooms and I can pay extra but she continues to say no so I had to leave and get another hotel.”

“We asked for a handi cap room with walk in shower. The room was not handicapped. My mother couldn't get on the bed. She has mobility problems. The bed to tall. We ended up with a tub. It was hard for to get in to. No none skid things in the tub. She almost fell. Will be asking for a refund. And will share my experience on face book. ”

“Staff was friendly at check in, room was ready though a bit untidy. There were burn holes in the bedding and the pillows were aweful. Enjoyed the area with nice local entertainment just next door. ”
