“What an amazing find! The cottage is absolutely adorable, beautifully decorated, well equipped and so cozy. Close to Lander University where our daughter is attending. An unavoidable family issue caused us to need to come a night early and the hosts were very accommodating, communicative and friendly. Our 15 and 20 yr old daughters could not stop saying how cute everything was. It was very clean and we felt like all possible needs and comforts were met beyond expectation. Thank you David and……

“Historic old hotel.”

“Having friends that live in the community, we come to Lake Hartwell a lot. And our stay here was one of the best even with the effects of Hurricane Helene. We didn't have internet, but who needed it. We had the lake and a boat and perfect weather! The place was wonderfully decorated and maintained, and our families had so much fun celebrating our daughter's 3rd birthday. Communication was awesome even with the issues from the hurricane. “Great clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. The lobby was closed due to COVID, and I had to wait about 20 minutes outside in the cold to get checked in which wasn’t exactly pleasant. Other than that this stay was fabulous. ”
