“I was very pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. The lobby and hallways are beautifully decorated and kept clean. Breakfast had many choices of food and all looked inviting. I would definitely stay here any time I was in the area.”

While the Hotels.com AI was very frustrating and difficult to communicate with regarding my issue (it was a nightmare), the hotel manager was extremely helpful and the mission was accomplished. The hotel was very clean, we had a restful stay, and the folks working there were very kind. ”

“Staff was not friendly. They talk rude to you. I stay at hotels all the time for work and never have I been told that if you have someone come over to your room you will be kicked out. People live at hotel. Beds are cheap framed beds. But for the money you get what you pay for. Won’t stay again.”
