“met here for a family gathering elsewhere in the town. this is the perfect home for a couple with another or a kid or two. the view of the river is awesome and the wildlife was abundant. the owners were easy to work with. the only caveat would be if you have trouble with steps all the rooms are on the second floor so this is a consideration for some people with mobility issues I would suppose. ”

“We were coming in to town for a funeral. Less than 3 hours before check in the booking was cancelled. Just not ideal. I understand if there were issues but please let us know farther ahead. We drove 4 hours in for the funeral and were already in town. Also, communication was incredibly difficult as it was not routed to the host but through some third party intermediary called Evolve. I tried both calling and texting the host the evening before to confirm details. No response until Evolve……

“We very much enjoyed our stay at this property situated beautifully on the banks of the Mighty Mississippi River. The property is well-appointed and comfortable. The deck that extends along the length of the home is a perfect perch for watching the prolific bird and waterfowl life and the barge traffic that regularly passes by. “Have stayed at this property in the past and will continue to do so. Would encourage anyone with plans to stay in the Fulton area to give this house a chance over area hotels. Very cozy house with plenty of place and amenities. You get the feel of being in the country with the farm across the street but the convenience of being in town. We enjoyed the meat/cheese tray, and fruit/veggie tray left in the fridge for us by the host. We had a great time staying at the house with family from Minnesota……

“It was perfect for what we needed it for! Being off the main drag was not a favorite aspect but it really didn’t matter since we only spent mornings & evenings in the house. It was very clean & perfectly stocked. LOVED that there were coffee pot options as I’m am not a fan of Keurigs. Wish there were window coverings for the doors but again not a dealbreaker. Overall lovely house! Great if you have office work to get done perfect setup for that. Plus every piece of furniture had outlets & US-C……
