“I stayed at the Sonder overnight between two long-distance trains. If you are traveling through Union Station, this is a perfect option. It’s basically across the street from the station, and it was also good for some low-intensity exploring in the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and since I was between train trips I really appreciated the opportunity to do laundry in my unit. I was skeptical at first of the app-driven check-in and check-out. There are no employees at the location,……

“The building is nice, great location. A little dark and dreary but well-appointed and comfortable. As a matter of privacy I do not send pictures or image of any kind of my Drivers license or SS# over the internet. Sonder didn’t notify me until we were attempting to check in that they REQUIRE a copy of my DL. It was too late to cancel or find another place to stay. I was trapped and forced to do it, regardless of the Sonder employees on-site! I will never use Sonder again and recommend no one……

“Nice, modern building with luxury touches. Minor damage and wear and tear to some things visible, (like missing blinds) but overall very clean and very spacious. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and check in and out went smoothly. There is apparently a noise sensor in the unit that is very sensitive as I got an alert while my friend and I were sitting in the kitchen eating dinner and laughing (I guess too loudly? ) which I thought was excessive since we're 2 people and were not……
