“House was located 15 min away from Lake Geneva.We had golf weekend, and the house was ideal for what we needed.Very clean and they have done a good job making an older house function well ”

“Property was spacious, exceptionally clean and kitchen has everything you need. We explored the outside property and when we came back everyone in our group, including the dog, had ticks on them. Obviously no fault of the owners but just be aware to do a thorough tick check upon returning. Close to Garden of the Gods and Rim Rock. It’s a remote location and takes about 10 mins from main road. ”

“My family of 5 adults & 3 children under age of 4 stayed 2 nights while hosting 18 additional local family members for our annual Christmas in July family gathering. The Farmhouse was equipped with everything needed including space inside and out! Chad is an excellent host! He was right on top of our needs and then some! He delivered a dozen Blueberry Donuts made right on site Red River Farms!! And Chad made time to photograph our group and introduce us to the retail side of Red River Farms……

“Host double booked over me for his “private” hunting business. Couldn’t use living room or kitchen because his other guests had all their hunting gear in them. My bed collapsed the second day. Real nightmare. I would never recommend this property to anyone. ”

“Property was very comfortable. Jackie was very attentive to our needs. It was colder than normal and she provided an extra heater which made the teno in the house warm and cozy. We will definatly be back if we need to stay again in Sparta.”

The house was beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and in a great location. The beds were so comfortable, I'm hoping to find the same model to replace my mattress at home. Rahila was quickly responsive to every email. We were hoping to stay again for graduation, but that weekend is already booked. Highly recommended property. ”
