“The house was clean and comfortable, with very nice amenities. I loved that our kids each had their own bedroom and privacy. The yard had a lot of space for games, and we enjoyed being able to sit on the deck and enjoy the scenery. We would stay here again.The only issue we experienced was the property management company telling us we could utilize the boat lift as we were bringing a boat with us. We asked prior to booking since it was not mentioned in the description, and were told it was……

Pool was very clean and refreshing. House instructions were very clear and needed for the grill and Sonos.Special touches with the coffee bar, pool toys, and double-laundry room. We rented a boat and had two jet skis and it was easy to use the tie-offs on the dock. Would 100% recommend and return! ”

“We stayed the first week of November with 2 other close families. 6 kids total aged 2-7 and 8 adults whom all enjoyed this home! The owner has gone out of his way to think of everything, from the plastic dishes for the kids to plenty of condiments for cooking and toiletries to accommodate our stay. There were 2 kayaks and paddle boards (plenty of life jackets) which were easily accessible and used daily. The weather may have been cold for the locals (80 degrees) and their slow season but it was……

“The property is in a great location and has all of the amenities needed. The kitchen had everything I needed including a washer and dryer. The kitchen and bathrooms had a welcome box with necessities like a new sponge, soap, a pack of laundry detergent and so on. The master suite has relatively steep stairs but super nice accommodations. We didn't use the lower room but it would be perfect for those that like it dark because there are no windows and it's cool. I discovered there is a window air……

“It’s tucked away but minutes from everything!! Very clean and the little details have been thought about. The lake is walking distance with a little park/swing set for kids of all ages to be at! The hot tub was the perfect added touch to end our long days. ”

“Good location for easy access to downtown Marble Falls. This is pet friendly which is why we keep booking here. They have a small fenced in yard, on a 2 acre lot. I have seen alot of deer and did see one cougar, so keep an eye on small pets... this is a great place with the choice of 1, 2 or 3 bedroom rental. Will definitely be back as long as they dont sell.....”
