“The room is a bit small, the bed is not comfortable for me to sleep, the temperature is humid. The front desk service is excellent!”

“We were on a budget so we picked this hotel. Not disappointed at all. It was exceedingly clean. The bed was comfortable (especially because we brought our own pillow). The housekeepers were exceptionally well-mannered and nice. Breakfast, though was horrendous but that wouldn’t deter us from coming back. It was quiet at night despite being so close to the highway. We wanted to have a drink at the bar but was closed which I celebrated 🙃 Showe water pressure was fantastic. ”

“Good value. Called in advance about late arrival. When arrived at 3am, the new employee at Front Desk could not check me in because the computer is upgrading. Wait patiently for 30 mins and finally asked her to call her supervisor. Turned out there was a 2nd computer. Could have trained a new employee better.”

“The location is good. The kitchen equipment is perfect and the room is tidy and clean. I think the air conditioner is good because it is extract the outside air for circulation. It is better than central air conditioning to prevent covid virus-19.”
