“Very clean, great staff worthy of anpther visit.”

“The double layers of blinds/black out blinds for a day movie was fabulous. Beds were comfy. Room was clean. Love the bathroom mirror shelf so everything is not on the counter. I like the details of these things. Storage for my stuff all of that!”

“This is our second time staying in this hotel and it works perfect for our needs. Our room and the hotel itself is clean. Checking in was a breeze. They have a pool and free breakfast with pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, etc.”

“Not very satisfied with shuttle service. The table, floor and eveywhere is sticky. Dirty water comes out from shower tab. Towels are musty. Breakfast is good that you can test sweet strawberries. Overall CP value is low. It won't be my option next time while visit Austin again.”

“选择酒店的原因主要是因为第二天一早要赶早班的飞机，酒店离机场很近，酒店的套房设施齐全，干净卫生，蛮方便的。特别需要提出称赞的是酒店的服务人员非常热情和负责任，在办理入住的时候主动和我核对第二天一早酒店去机场接驳车的时间并提前安排好衔接工作。第二天清晨，接驳车准时到达并守候，司机热情主动搬运行李。虽然仅仅住了一晚，但对酒店的服务品质印象深刻，下一次还会入住。”
