“Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.”

“The location is good, close to everywhere. It’s just like the rest of the Best Western Hotels. You can park your car next to your room, but there’s no elevator if you are staying upstairs. The clean ladies were super nice. Some front desk are nice, some are just so so. It’s a budget hotel but not with a budget price. I did not have other choices, the hotels in that area just so expensive.”

“Wanted a very nice, clean, quiet, and comfortable hotel within walking distance to the center, and BINGO - found it! They even have their own private parking and a small restaurant. Wonderfully helpful smiling staff, coffee maker fridge, etc. Could not have been any better - perfect! ”
