“This is probably the best hotel in the Harvard Square area: great location, clean room, nice services and fantastic pool/fitness center. The breakfast on the ground floor is also first class. The only thing that can be improved is the cleaning of the room doesn’t seem very thorough, and I expect more for a hotel like this. But all in all, this is definitely my first choice should I ever visit Cambridge/Boston again in the future.”

“I loved everything about this hotel! We chose the Verb because of its location to Fenway as we were traveling for the Redsox/Yankees game. Literally couldn’t have found a closer place to stay. Every single staff member we met was extremely nice, our backstage trailer was very clean, and it was hands down the most comfortable bed and pillows we’ve ever had at any hotel. Coffee!! Can’t forget the coffee! Absolute BEST coffee!! ”

“I traveled to Boston for my youngest sons’s college graduation. I was aware that I was staying on the fourth floor without access to an elevator prior to my visit. That was the only issue I experienced because of my own need for more daily exercise. “I don't recommend you to stay here. The low rating is not for their staff and service, nor for the cleanliness, but for the old facilities of the house.
