“This is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed with, the staffs are very friendly, also provides food and drinks, Close by also have some restaurants you can select, include 2 local supermarkets. Only take 10-15 mins to the airport by Uber. Overall, very good during our stay”

“Not too bad although the room is really small. In addition, I am very sure my power line was left at my room when I checked out the hotel. But when I called back the hotel, they said they didn't find anything in my room when I left. A few days later, we stayed at other Staypineapple in Seattle. Similar things happened. One of my friend left a small gift on the sofa at the lobby and left for just 5 minutes. But he went back to the lobby, the small gift was gone. Then he went to the front desk,……

“The hotel locates in the middle of a construction site, not walking distance to any of the subway station. I booked the hotel to attend a conference at Harvard and I need to walk either 35 mins to Cambridge town or take a Uber which costs more than 20 back and forth. Not really ideal.”
