“Two telephones in the room are both out of use. We lost the connection with the front desk. Self parking is almost impossible. Valet parking is too expensive $60 per day. The answers of same question from two stuff are deferent. I do not know how to do. 😓”

“A big convention hotel with a pool and a gym. Housekeeping did not make up my room when i went out from 8 to 2:30p. Had to call Housekeeping. Even then, they missed replenishing a face towel. There is no bathrobe in the room. Front desk staffs were exceptionally friendly and efficient. I was given coupons to Starbucks snd M.J.O'CONNORS, which i used and were very nice. Not a bad hotel to stay.”

“Our valeted car was scratched when it was returned, but the valet manager didn’t want to admit it, and the hotel manager never showed up and never responded the email. No one cares in the hotel unless charging USD55 valet fee.”

“It was a beautiful area, especially this time of year. Joan, our hostess, was very friendly and helpful. Her breakfast was wonderful, and there was plenty of everything. If you left there hungry, it would your own fault. The time I was there I felt at home. Joan was fantastic.”

“We only stayed one night to go to an event but the hotel was very nice. The beds were soft and dining options were plentiful. Nice to have a food credit!”

“Clean rooms, friendly people ”

“This hotel is in an excellent location for Boston tourists, with many sites and museums a short walk away. The only downside is that there’s no T stop nearby other than the silver line (underground buses) though that stop is a 5 minute walk from the hotel’s front door. We didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop bar due to the weather and private events, but the view is quite nice. Also, keep in mind that many of the amenities (free rental bikes, etc) are seasonal. Overall, the staff was helpful and……
