“Great hotel. Only thing is that supply trucks pull into the parking lots in the early morning and you can hear their motors running all night long. Stay in the other side of the building. ”

“今次旅遊主要是參加波士頓馬拉松，酒店距離bag drop 大約步行5分鐘已經可以。落機去到酒店已是半夜12點幾，接待處職員非常有禮貌，而且好helpful，唯美中不足原來房間冇電熱水壺，職員亦都很樂意幫助給我熱水壺。直至第二日再找其他職員協助搵熱水，其中較高層人士見到我企在大堂內等候主動協助，除咗一兩個較為junior Staff前枱職員冇禮貌外，整體酒店員工服務態度良好。相信可能是溝通技巧需要學習。 如果參加馬拉松可以考慮這間酒店，因為確實就近Bag drop及乘座黃巴士處。”

“Quiet and peaceful stay ”

“Had a little incident with dirty bedding first day and the woman at the desk was very dismissive and rude to my husband when he went down to the desk to address it. Said that it was paint not blood. I carried the sheets down to the desk and showed her. Either way there should not be blood or paint on sheets although it was clearly blood...yuk”

“The place was clean and quiet. The staff where also very accommodating ”

“Bath room was not so clean, especially the walls around the tub; all the towers were so uncomfortable; But the most unacceptable thing is my room was on the 23rd floor, include "city view" which was more expensive than regular room, but there was a door connected my neighbors's room, which means if I open the door in my room, my neighbor opens his door, two rooms are been connected. Then at the second day of my night there, there were around ten people had a big party in my neighbor, started……

“Not too bad although the room is really small. In addition, I am very sure my power line was left at my room when I checked out the hotel. But when I called back the hotel, they said they didn't find anything in my room when I left. A few days later, we stayed at other Staypineapple in Seattle. Similar things happened. One of my friend left a small gift on the sofa at the lobby and left for just 5 minutes. But he went back to the lobby, the small gift was gone. Then he went to the front desk,……

“Nice cleaning ”

“地點良好，位於市區的公車站旁邊，往返機場便利。周邊商店多，海岸風景優美。 飯店新穎、乾淨、安靜。房間空間不大，較適合個人居住，家庭旅遊的話，需要多加考慮空間大小。 飯店的設施使用費另外計算，也要多注意。”

“The water is brown when you first turn on the tap. Toilet won't stop flushing. Very noise. Sink doesn't work until someone fixed it”
