“A cozy little studio apartment just outside Salem for a wonderful weekend getaway. Cute and coastal, and a perfect way to start autumn!We were in constant contact with the owner who was delightful to converse with. Highly recommend staying here for a small couples getaway!”

“Quiet, pretty neighborhood a short walk to the T. Street parking was easy — just make sure you read and understand the signs. Parking overnight during the week requires parking a few blocks away on a street that allows non-residents to park overnight. The T was handy and so was the Dunkin' next to the T station. “My family of 5 had a great stay. Read the prior reviews and understand that this is not a perfect place and may have some cosmetic flaws, but everything works as it should. It provided ample space for our family with everything we needed. "I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
