“We stayed for a few days with my husband and parents, and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to all the main Salem spots easily. When we arrived, there was an issue with the smoke detectors which was promptly addressed by the host. You can occasionally hear some street noise outside, but we were able to sleep well with a little white noise. Overall would recommend!”

“Stayed a long weekend in May for a college graduation. The place was very clean and nice inside. I had some issues getting in and parking but the host was on top of both immediately. It is on a rather busy and loud street but we did ok with it. Great taqueria just up the street I’d recommend. ”

“We enjoyed our time in Boston, and close to everything we needed. The space itself was comfortable and served our trip well.However, there were a few issues that took away from the experience. A full load of wet towels was left in the washer, and the dryer’s lint trap hadn’t been cleaned, which is a safety concern. I dried and folded one load, and left dried towels in dryer. The garbage disposal and dishwasher were also not working, which made kitchen use more difficult.With a little more……

“We had a wonderful time staying at this house! There were 6 of us in town for a wedding. There was more than enough space. “Really nice 2 bed/2 bath unit in a good neighborhood just steps from the beach which was great for going on runs in the morning. Also less than 10min walk to a cute little neighborhood with bars/restaurants and convenience stores. Less than 10 min uber right to the convention center. Overall really suited our needs for attending a conference at a MUCH better price than you could get from any of the hotels. My only critiques are that the check-in instructions were in accurate regarding location……

“Great location in historic downtown Marblehead. Check-in and checkout was easy and straight forward. Having a reserved parking spot in downtown Marblehead is a big plus as parking can sometimes be challenge. Perfect little (studio sized) space for 1 person or a couple! ”

“We had a wonderful stay in Boston’s south end. The property is within walking distance to Northeastern and is surrounded by a lovely neighborhood with shops and restaurants. The place has a big kitchen which was perfect to gather and visit. We would stay here again. ”

“Five stars for location and the apartment is very cute and clean. No ocean views but we knew that ahead of time so just a short walk around the house and you are on the beach. Unfortunately there needs to be more insulation between the upstairs apartment and the bedrooms. The people above us were not trying to be loud but every foot step, chair moving and voices came right into the bedroom which went on until 1am each night. Ugh. Make sure to eat at the Riptide and hike the trails of Parker……
