“We loved the themed rooms and the ease of check-in/out. The game room was really nice. I just had a few issues: we checked out early and there is no onsite employees from 9pm-9am so I could not get ice since it was located in the office/game room or check out (I ended up calling the hotel to check out from the road at 9am). Overall a nice place to stay with all of the necessities in a fun and cool themed pirate room!”

“If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Salem then look no further. I have travelled the world and stayed in many hotels ranging from 3 star up to the best hotels in Dubai. We had recently stayed at the Hilton in Boston which is supposed to be a 4 star and the service and hotel was horrific. When we arrived at Salem Waterfront we were so pleased with the level of service the quality of decor, the spacious well decorated modern rooms and the facilities. “Not too bad although the room is really small. In addition, I am very sure my power line was left at my room when I checked out the hotel. But when I called back the hotel, they said they didn't find anything in my room when I left. A few days later, we stayed at other Staypineapple in Seattle. Similar things happened. One of my friend left a small gift on the sofa at the lobby and left for just 5 minutes. But he went back to the lobby, the small gift was gone. Then he went to the front desk,……

“今次旅遊主要是參加波士頓馬拉松，酒店距離bag drop 大約步行5分鐘已經可以。落機去到酒店已是半夜12點幾，接待處職員非常有禮貌，而且好helpful，唯美中不足原來房間冇電熱水壺，職員亦都很樂意幫助給我熱水壺。直至第二日再找其他職員協助搵熱水，其中較高層人士見到我企在大堂內等候主動協助，除咗一兩個較為junior Staff前枱職員冇禮貌外，整體酒店員工服務態度良好。相信可能是溝通技巧需要學習。 如果參加馬拉松可以考慮這間酒店，因為確實就近Bag drop及乘座黃巴士處。”
