“I stayed at Ginkgo House on Harvard while attending a conference and couldn’t have been happier. The place was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the whole atmosphere made me feel right at home. The location is super convenient—close to everything I needed. “This is probably the best hotel in the Harvard Square area: great location, clean room, nice services and fantastic pool/fitness center. The breakfast on the ground floor is also first class. The only thing that can be improved is the cleaning of the room doesn’t seem very thorough, and I expect more for a hotel like this. But all in all, this is definitely my first choice should I ever visit Cambridge/Boston again in the future.”

“After walking around the basement for half an hour, I found that the parking lot was full. I was already exhausted and went back to the hotel to rest. At 2 a.m. in the snow, I had to find a parking space by myself. Then I walked back to the hotel. I actually saw used toilet paper under the bed”

“The hotel locates in the middle of a construction site, not walking distance to any of the subway station. I booked the hotel to attend a conference at Harvard and I need to walk either 35 mins to Cambridge town or take a Uber which costs more than 20 back and forth. Not really ideal.”
