“Unit dirty, ants everywhere , no hot water in tub , tub wouldn’t hold water, 1 screen on lanai, glasses dirty, no dining table, cut my leg twice on bed frame , door took forever to open ”

“I didn't like the room location because it was near the highway. Late at night and early morning, traffic was noisy. The room was okay but the bathroom toilet needs an upgrade due to filling and flushing took many flushing and slow to fill. The bathroom sink leaked and there was no way for me to stop the leak. There was no internet for television and the remote control didn't work. There was no place for dining or order food nearby. The bed was very uncomfortable because it wasn't firm.……
