“We splurged for a milestone birthday celebration for my husband. The resort is stunning. There are a lot of kids and families but if you aim for adult only areas before families are up it works out well. Beautiful resort ”

“Pros: The unit! Cable TV like CNBC & Bloomberg, ice machine, pool noodles/snorkel gear, cantenes for day trips, high end kitchen applances and supplies, good mattress. Cons: Undisclosed fees I was asked to pay upon checkin even when I messaged hotel/mgmt/owner? on Expedia platform weeks before to doublecheck and was told no additional $! It should clearly state "pay at property $xx amount" like my other expedia bookings. Expedia resolved it after escalation.”

“Nice property, with good access to the beach, but I don't think we will go to this facility again. The staff were not polite. We had to wait for 15 minutes to check in to the resort, although there was no line. There was only 1 person at the check in desk at 2 PM in the middle of the day, who was on the phone while totally ignoring us and keeping us waiting. There are only 2 restaurants, with no options for fine dining, restaurant food is overpriced and very average. We had to walk to another……

“我們花了每晚USD$230左右的住宿費，但得到的卻是如同motel般的服務！ 雖然號稱是度假村，但基本上這裡提供的服務是0!! 所有東西都是自助的，沒有vallet parking，沒有room service，連美日的清掃服務都沒有(需額外花費才能擁有清掃服務)。 若expedia在訂房時有告知這一點，我想我不會選擇這個飯店！ 相同的住房價格在Lahaina或是Kaanapali beach附近可以住到很不錯的三至四星度假村！可以享有更好的服務！”
