“It is an older property owned by the state of Kentucky, has not been updated, but it still had a charm. The old doors on each room, it was simple and very clean. Breakfast in the restaurant was fresh and prepared just as requested. So good. My waitress was the sweetest. I was at my daughter's wedding and the desk clerk called to see if I was still coming because it was so late. She was so welcoming. I heard some staff talking about how long it had been since they had gotten a raise. I……

“It was a good place to rest your head for the night. Only thing I had issues with , Breakfast was good - However they were a bit controling with the signs everywhere stating food had to be eaten in the breakfast room ONLY. Every hotel I had stated out , I never once was told I couldn't eat breakfast in the my room. The breakfast room was filled up and there weren't enough table and chairs , So you basically have to stand around and eat your food , Or you wait until a table is open before you can……
