“The location was perfect for our plans in St Michaels. The staff was friendly. the breakfast area was bright and spacious. We have stayed here previously. The price is right.”

“We had 5 adults in a suite. That was known in our reservation. In spite of that, we had to request a cot, which was delivered without sheets and blankets, so those had to be requested. Also, there were only 2 bath towels, and when we asked for 3 more, we were told they were out, so we had to make do with hand towels (also in short supply). Family that were staying in another room also reported inadequate towels. The room was clean, but the tub took 1/2 hour to drain 4 standing inches of water……
