“My 12-yr old daughter and I came to Ft Myers Beach for Spring Break (March 2025). The house was super clean upon arrival and the pool was nice and warm. The beach is a short (5-7 min) walk but not crowded. The house is not close to the “hopping” part of Ft Myers Beach but that was ok with us. There is a Publix about a mile away and another shopping center a mile the other way (7-11, CVS, beach shop, ice cream shop, etc - places are still opening up after the hurricanes recovery so I’m sure more……

“Location was great middle of the island and very close to Publix. Beach access was very convenient and a short walk across the street. The house is nicely decorated and has abundance of kitchen accessories. Fort Myers beach is not the same previous to Ian, but remains paradise. I would definitely stay again.”

“We had such an amazing week long stay at this vacation home! The location is perfect, right on the bay where we got to watch dolphins swim daily, a short drive to multiple restaurants and a Publix grocery store and 5 minute walk to the ocean :) The home was stocked with plenty of toiletries, kitchen tools, towels etc and even had bikes, beach chairs, pool toys, a cooler and a large sized wagon to haul everything to beach. The pool and spa were amazing to have for our 8 year old to swim in every……
