“Very relaxing time. Nice to walk across the street to a beautiful beach. Convenient to have the grocery store in the back yard. Condo was perfect for the four of us...not to big and not to small. Had all the amenities that we needed for a short stay both at the beach and as a guest. ”

“Our family went to get out of the cold weather in PA and enjoyed our trip. The owner had quick responses and the home met all our needs. My son loved having the basketball court close by, the playground was great for the kids, and the beach was right there. Enjoyed being so close to the beach that we could easily go back and forth. We rented it all. We got the van, golf cart and house. All was easy to work with. ”

“We had a wonderful week long vacation. The unit is exactly as you see in the pictures and descriptions. “This little place was perfect. We could walk to places and even the marina for a boat tour. Very clean and perfect for two people. Sam staying upstairs was great to tell us local spots to go and we went and they were all great!!!! Mom’s food truck and Doc Fords is a must!!! I’m always hesitant on places that allow dogs (I’m a dog owner) BUT this place is clean and no issues at all with odors or cleanliness!! I want to come back and stay for at least a few weeks/) thank you! ”

“This was a great stay! We definitely spent the most time at the pool and backyard, grilling a few times and enjoying the short walk to the beach to catch the sunset. Ft Myers is rebuilding so there wasn’t much to walk to so we ubered down to the main area near the harbor and marinas. We enjoyed the restaurants and shops there. It was a great family getaway. ”

“The 2 home plan worked well for us considering we had a young 3 year old. The bayviews were nice,saw a couple of dolphins come and go almost everday. Beach was a pretty good walk and nice beach although a lot of seaweed. I brought my 21 foot boat but could not get water to the dock so decided not to use the lift,as I like to wash down the boat and flush engine.No help from host on this one. We had a few hiccups,a/c went out on day 2 but the host was able to get someone out in about an hour and……
