“We stayed on the 10th floor and probably had the best view on all of Fort Myers Beach with ocean and bayside views. The room was recently remodeled and clean. The pool area is nice and right on the bay. Some things to consider: we thought the resort was more focused on couples than young families (we brought our toddler) but everyone was friendly and welcoming. You cannot walk to Lovers Key State Park with the new bridge construction. The only place to eat close by is Flippers. If you want to……

“Wonderful to just walk out the door and onto the beach! Everything was nice: well-equipped kitchen with new appliances, washer and dryer etc. Some construction still going on, but this is the case for most places in Fort Myers Beach and it never bothered us. Great place to stay.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Aqua Falls! ”

“We enjoyed the lovely pool. There was a very nice group of people there. Short walk to the beach. Close to other beaches if you wanted to drive. Our condo was well equipped with everything we needed and host was very responsive to our needs. ”

“The condo is beautiful, Rita was very responsive to all questions. Beach is a close walk across the street, nice pool and hot tub. Only downside is the construction work going on in the area from past hurricanes can be noisy and there are not many restaurants with in the area but these are not the fault of the Property Owner.”

“Not bad but they never cleaned my room despite being out everyday from 8 AM to 6 PM. Not sure why that is tbh as I saw a lot of cleaning staff. A bunch of hidden costs (parking, fees etc) which is unfortunate considering the price. That said the location and restaurants were amazing ”
