“When we got there, we realized there was nkt a welcome packet or any directions on how to obtain the parking pass, so we had to check in with security everyday until we got one. The house itself looked good on the surface but we noticed that there was only a half roll of toilet paper, no dish soap or sponge, very minimal dishes, and the bathroom fan didnt work at all, and looked as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time. “The original place rented was not ready upon my arrival. The “upgraded unit”, That was given to me was terrible. The refrigerator, hot water, air conditioner, tv, did not work. I had to personally fix the kitchen table. The final straw was that the shower did not drain and the water in the tub from not draining, was disgusting and filthy. The host did replace the faulty appliances but it took around 3-4 days for some of the items to be repaired or replaced. I never did get hot water in the……

“Great location to the beach! ”

“Well built concrete establishment that survived the hurricane! Nice sized well decorated and stocked with almost everything you could need. You will not run out of towels and toiletries, with a little bit of extras in case you may have forgotten a basic necessity. The pool was an added bonus, but with a newer pump the key pad was a little difficult to use. We arrived 2 hours before our 4pm check in. The host was finishing up cleaning and allowed us to enter early and sit out back till they……

“We had an amazing experience at this property in Fort Myers! The home was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean, which made for a truly comfortable and relaxing stay. Being right on the water was such a treat – the views were stunning, and we loved having easy access to the dock and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained waterfront……

“This property was very clean and in a great area! We were able to fish from the dock, and the pool was great to relax at when we needed a break from the beach. The house included plenty of beach towels, a few floaties for the pool. And a wagon, beach umbrella, 4 beach chairs and a a few beach toys. The beach was about 1/4 mile and an easy walk, and the Publix grocery store is only 1 mile away. We had a great time!”
