“This property was just as described, clean and had everything we needed. It was just a short walk to the beach, and we love Folly Field beach. The management company was not the best, they did not have our parking pass ready when we arrived and we had to contact them a to request the pass and we had a cleaning team show up to clean the unit the first day after we arrived, they were headed into the property while one of us was in the shower. The management company did apologize for this……

“We had a wonderful stay, the unit was super clean, beautifully decorated & well stocked, conveniently located 1st floor end unit, the extra windows provided lots of natural light, the bed was very comfortable, and hosts Zachary & Allison were very responsive to any questions we had. Right on the beach, which was fabulous, huge pool and several restaurants all walkable so we did not have to leave the complex. We would definitely try to rebook this unit the next time we pass through Hilton Head!”

“We had a great time staying here!!! It was just minutes from the beach and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We usually stay in the Coligny area, so we loved how quiet and private the beach near this property is! The pickleball court was definitely a bonus. We are considering staying here again. There were some minor things that we encountered that I have addressed directly with Vacasa. You won't be sorry if you book this property!”
