“Great location! Accommodations perfect for our family gathering with 4 large bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, loft sleeping area, 2 living rooms, large kitchen and dining area, wet bar, swimming pool, hot tub and backyard with dock on the lagoon. Easy walk to the beach for plenty of beach time! Outside of the house could use some cleaning (branches, leaves, pine straw, etc) on entrance way, deck and roof. Highly recommend this property!”

“We had a great time staying here!!! It was just minutes from the beach and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We usually stay in the Coligny area, so we loved how quiet and private the beach near this property is! The pickleball court was definitely a bonus. We are considering staying here again. There were some minor things that we encountered that I have addressed directly with Vacasa. You won't be sorry if you book this property!”

“This will be long, but I will try to wrap it up:) less than a month before we were scheduled for our trip to your lovely little villa, my husband lost his oldest brother unexpectedly. To say we were in dire need of a getaway is stating it mildly. Unit 610 is our new favorite villa so far in Palmetto Dunes! Teresa was wonderful to coordinate our stay with! Thank you for creating a warm & inviting atmosphere in our home away from home”

“Our stay was good, but this space would be too cramped with 8 people. With five or six it seemed crowded in the common areas and needs more seating in the living room, although I don't know where you could put any more. Smaller than I expected, but pics are accurate. It's a 4th floor corner unit, the balcony was always in the shade, close to the next building, and overlooks the parking lot. We didn't use it at all because it was never sunny and in Feb. the wind between the buildings and walkways……

“Very nice condo, great neighborhood, gps directions sucked but rental company responded quickly and led us right there. Check in was super simple. Online it looked like we were right on the beach but it wasn’t a bad walk. Pools were nice and clean. Not too far from all the restaurants, shopping, and fun stuff for the kids. Would definitely book again!! ”

“The condo was perfect for our family of four. Check in and communication were a breeze. We loved being in building 1: the pool, the bar and grill (food and drinks were amazing!), the boardwalk to the beach - all right outside the door! The condo was clean and stocked for our days there.
