“Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful.
I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement”
“The name says it all-simple. I was looking for a clean room, a comfortable bed and a good shower for a good price. I was on Hilton Head for work and this place filled the bill. It was convenient and easy to get to. The staff at check in was efficient and welcoming. It was quiet. If I was going to HH for vacation I would select a place with more ambiance, but for my purpose, it was perfect. If I was back on HH under the same circumstances, I’d stay there again. ”
“The hotel was very comfortable for an older hotel, and the staff was extremely hospitable and friendly. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms updated nicely. The overall value for a beach front hotel was excellent. My family had a great time, and the kids enjoyed the convenience of being right on the beach and having the pool. We could bounce around the island for restaurants and activities with only a short drive. ”
“Very clean, staff cleaning all of the time. Great atmosphere and enjoyed the live music. Entry doors could use shaved and adjusted, however best air conditioning system I have ever used in a hotel. Fairly quiet central air, but actually works and adjust to any temp you want. Great for sleeping. Older hotel, but well maintained and best atmosphere around. ”
“Have stayed here many times. Clean. Beds sleep well. This time had a stopped up water line in freezer of fridge. Had a leak going into the hall. They came promptly to check it out and moved us to room next door. Breakfast very good especially the hot cinnamon rolls. ”
“Excellent condition, friendly staff, located a 5 min walk from the beach, surrounded by lots of dining and other activities. room was big, bed and pillows very comfortable. Shower was excellent. Room air conditioner a little noisy when compared to central systems but not bad. Overall a great place to stay. Will use whenever we go to Hilton Head”
