“The pool heater was not working. We went to Marriot Monarch's pool and that was cold too. The housekeeper was sitting outside our room from 9am until 10am when we left. ”

“Location was ideal. Facility was clean and well supplied with every day needs. We have always enjoyed Hilton Head and especially Sea Pines. We have been there numerous times during the Heritage Classic Golf tournament and have attended several times.We would have loved seeing some golf players (not the pros) but the course was closed the entire week we were there.
