“I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable. “We stayed over to catch a 5:30 am flight out of the airport. The staff was super friendly, a nice bonus to keep the car at the hotel and shuttle over to the airport and coming back shuttle was there to pick us up. The night auditor was very sweet and drove us right to our car and made sure it started in the winter weather (1am). We would definitely stay here again! ”
