“Price and location was great. The room was clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The desk person at check in was professional and helpful even when some of the guests were not. The property is a little dated but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Cooking/eating utensils were provided on request- appreciated The negatives- the cooking odors from all the rooms were strong and not always pleasant- to be expected. There was a very large amount of people that seemed were……

“The hosts were fantastic!Possibly the best We ve experienced in our many travels.Daniel Holly and Ky went out of their way to help us with our many inquiries re:attractions,transportation,restaurants.The breakfast were gourmet and individualized to our dietary restrictions.The residence was well appointed and totally charming,they have done a fantastic job with this stunning Victorian home!When we return to Buffalo we will stay here again!”
